The 39th Annual Chilly Open, the largest most well-known and unusual golf tournament held on a frozen lake, will be here next week. And this year, we’re breaking records and introducing a NEW event!
We had a record sell-out of the Wayzata Chilly Open Golf spots! With such a demand, we added another nine holes and some Last Chance Tickets! Click here to snag a Last Chance Ticket. We are looking forward to hosting 2,000 golfer dressed in Vegas themed outfits, hitting tennis balls with hockey sticks and tee ball bats. With a theme like VEGAS, we’ve gotta throw a party! The Sold-Out Chilly Open Golf Tournament gets real Saturday morning on the ice so let’s celebrate with an epic pre-party Friday night! Join us the all-new Chilly Open Pre Par-Tee with live music by High & Mighty “the best horn band in the Twin Cities” rockin’ the stage, food trucks, and refreshments in the 19th Hole Tent. Treat yourself & heat up at the Wayzata Chilly Open with SNOWGA! Awaken all of your senses when you join us for an experience like no other. This is every Minnesotan’s DREAM! Attendees will have a chance to win giveaways from local businesses. Bring your own yoga mat and winter gear and start the day off centered with Life Coach + Yoga Teacher Kacey Kingry from The Cave MN. Wayzata Bay will be filled with over 2,000 golfers on Saturday for this year’s Vegas themed Chilly Open! Golfers will play a round, head to the 19th Hole tent and enjoy live music by ”PowerTap” band on the Edina Realty stage while tasting some of the best chili from over 10 local restaurants competing in the Chili Cookoff Contest.
Brunch Buffet (Reservations Strongly Encouraged) & Final Swing | Saturday, February 11, 9 am – 1 pm & 3 – 10 pm
