Wayzata Reads – William Kent Krueger

Date: April 05, 2019

Time: 7:00PM - 8:00PM

Everyone is welcome on Thursday, April 4, for the fifth annual community-wide book event, “Wayzata Reads.” The selected book, Desolation Mountain, chills to the core, balanced by native traditions and lovable Waboo. First responders to an airplane crash in Northern Minnesota begin to disappear. To expose swirling secrets, Bo Thorsen of Devil’s Bedcooperates with the protagonist Cork O’Connor… or does he? Maybe he just wants intel, and for what employer? New York Times best-selling author, William Kent Krueger will discuss his novel and answer questions on April 4, 2019, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at Wayzata City Hall, 600 Rice St E., Wayzata. Admission is free. Sponsored by Friends of the Hennepin County Library, Wayzata. Books are available for checkout at the Wayzata Library and attendees' copies will be signed at the event.
