We have all attended meetings and left feeling less than fulfilled. We have also attended meetings where instructions were not given as to what next steps need to be taken and who needs to own them. This session will look at ways to run more effective meetings and how to get to clear outcomes. 

As always, you will have time to network with fellow-attendees to expand your circle of professional connections before and during the program.
