Pivoting Your Business in the Brave New World

Date: May 22, 2020

Time: 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM

Social-distancing, masks, e-learning, and working from home are now the "new normal". . . . although things are starting to change, for the better. The time for planning and action is upon us. How do you move your business forward proactively for the reminder of sheltering in place, and what are your plans for "re-opening" when the time comes? What changes do you need to make for the next 30-60-90 days, and what changes should you make for the long-term? This workshop will help you answer those questions, and look at the steps needed to "pivot" your business. . . . for the short-term and into the future. If you or someone you know are ready to answer those questions and need someone to guide you through the process, join your fellow WCC members on Friday, May 22nd as we learn to pivot our businesses in the Brave New World.

Business owners are on a journey to build better businesses and find their versions of success. Adam Thompson guides them on that journey. He has a passion for helping individuals and companies maximize their potential and their opportunities. Adam works with clients who want to build a more profitable business, spend more time with family and friends, achieve a clearer vision for the direction and future of the business, build a more engaged, cohesive and empowered team . . . or all of the above. Through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshop training, and assessment tools, Adam's clients identify and solve the issues that keep them up at night.

Adam lives in Plymouth, MN with his wife Carol, and their two children, Jack and Maggie. When he isn’t working with clients, you can find him volunteering at Wayzata Community Church, coaching baseball and basketball, on a boat on Lake Minnetonka with family and friends, or rocking weddings and gala events as a lead singer for PowerTap, a local cover band.
