Person of the Year Luncheon
The Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Chris Pierson has beennamed the 2010Person of the Year!
The Person of the Year award is presented each year to a chambermember who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Considerations for the Person of the Year award include a member of the Wayzata Chamber of Commerce, an active participant and supporter of Chamber events, and a contributor to the economic, civic, commercial, and educational interests of the Wayzata area.
Mr. Pierson is a homegrown
Wayzatan. A graduate of Wayzata High School, Chris attended Middlebury College in Vermont and returned to Minnesota for Law School at the U of M. He and is wife Becky reside in Plymouth with their two
children Maggie and Christopher.
Chris has been a successful attorney in the greater Wayzata area business community for the past 16 +years. He is currently a partner at Pierson & Pierson, PLLP.
Chris is active in many community
initiatives, organizations, and worthy causes. Chris has served on many boards including the Chamber, Rotary and many others. Chris is very dedicated to helping others which is reflected in his service to I.O.C.P., Wayzata Community Church, Wayzata Community Clinic, and others.
