Minimizing Fear and Maximizing Employee Well-Being

Would you like to effectively communicate to your employees to minimize uncertainty/fear and encourage organizational strategies?    HR Professionals Robyn Spiering and Lynell Meeth, from MRA will guide us along with navigating the changing polices in the work force due to COVID-19.

 

Robyn Spiering, MSHR, SPHR

Manager, HR Services

Robyn uses her strengths in relationship building and analytics to help business leaders achieve the impact, influence, and inspiration they need to accomplish key goals in their organizations. Her comprehensive HR background provides the flexibility needed to solve problems in all areas of business. 

Expertise Robyn started her career as an HR generalist in various industries, building a solid foundation in human resources. As she progressed through various domestic and global levels of HR management, she acquired valuable experience in the development and execution of strategies in performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational change, employee relations, and HR operations. Robyn prides herself on getting involved and understanding all functional areas of a business to ensure she is making well-rounded decisions for her clients. 

Robyn holds two degrees, a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from Marquette University in Milwaukee. 

Professional and Community Activities Robyn has partnered with local science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) programs at UW-Milwaukee and the Milwaukee School of Engineering and volunteers with the Urban Ecology Center, a nonprofit organization that provides environmental education at three locations in the greater Milwaukee region. 

 

 

Lynell Meeth, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Lynell uses her strength in relating to others and her passion for moving from “good to great” to help inspire and lead. She wants to make a difference by keeping her advice open and real and helping others without needing anything in return, although dark chocolate is known to be appreciated. Expertise Lynell’s human resource experience spans over 20 years of consulting with managers, HR professionals, and executives in areas such as talent development, performance management, engagement and retention, assessments, mergers/acquisitions, employee relations and investigations, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. She is an experienced trainer in management and professional development, harassment, interviewing, diversity, metrics, and HR compliance.

• Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Education Lynell earned a master’s degree in human resources from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication from Carroll University, Waukesha, WI.
