COVID-19 has been a challenge for all segments of society, especially for our Senior population.  Join us on Zoom, as  Jon Lundberg, President of Fairview Senior Services and Ebenezer and Rob Lahammer, Vice President of Engagement and Advocacy for Presbyterian Homes & Services present their findings, misconceptions, successes plus advice on keeping our seniors safe and healthy.  

Meet Our Presenters!

Jon Lundberg is President of Fairview Senior Services and Ebenezer. He has over 35 years of experience as a Long-Term Care Administrator, in out-state and metro facilities, ranging in size from 50 to 500 beds. He has a wide breadth of experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit facilities and organizations. In addition to being an accomplished Administrator, Jon has extensive experience in the field of older adult services, including operations work for multiple types of senior housing, assisted living, transitional care and other senior programming. 

Jon has served as the Board chair of Care Providers of Minnesota, and has been the state representative to the American Health Care Association Council of States, as well as an AAHSA Delegate. He has served as Board Chair for Leading Age of Minnesota where he currently serves as Immediate Past Chair and as a member of the Long-Term Care Imperative. Jon was appointed by the Commissioners of Heath and Department of Human Services to the Minnesota Accountable Health Model Community Advisory Board in 2013. Jon received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a minor in Aging and graduated from the Long-Term Care Program at the University of Minnesota.

Rob Lahammer serves as Vice President of Engagement and Advocacy for Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS). Rob has been with PHS for 32 years and in the business for 35 years in several roles from nursing assistant, cook, server, volunteer, and most recently as campus administrator of one of the largest senior living communities in the state of Minnesota.  Rob has a deep passion for customer engagement and continues to lead life enrichment activities across PHS. Part of Rob’s role as VP of Engagement is to manage the voice of the customer and employee survey process at PHS with the help of a third-party vendor.  He also hosts customer focus groups at all 50 PHS locations and helps train the over 600 leaders on engagement strategies. Rob loves to advocate for PHS politically both locally and nationally managing many key political relationships.  Rob is a Certified Aging Services Professional and graduated with his degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University with an emphasis in gerontology. Rob loves telling stories of all the beautiful people he has engaged with over the years and he thinks he is much more entertaining than he is!
