4th Trimester Prep Workshop

Oftentimes, people plan and prep for their labor and delivery but we don't often discuss or craft a plan for what to do after delivery during the 4th trimester. Whether you are expecting your 1st child or 10th, this workshop is for you!

The 4th trimester is the first 12 weeks after delivery and A LOT of things can happen during this time! Join our workshop where you will hear from Dr. Reanna Aguirre, DPT with Realign Pelvic Health a pelvic floor therapist, Dr. Michelle Haggerty, MD, IBCLC with The 4th Trimester Doc and Kendra Olson, MSW, LICSW, PMH-C with Psychotherapy for Maternal Well-being as we discuss some of these changes. Walk away feeling empowered to tackle your 4th trimester.

Each presenter will discuss their individual topic and then the last part of this workshop will be a panel discussion where any and all questions can be asked.
