Don't miss this intriguing and dynamic conversation, with the opportunity to ask the questions on your mind as we speed forward to election day. Register today!

The Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite you to join us at the Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel for our inaugural public policy breakfast moderated by Emmy Award winning Tom Hauser, KSTP-TV's host of the popular "At Issue" program. This will be a great opportunity to gather with business and community leaders to get the inside scoop and intel as we approach the November 8th General Election.

We will be joined by Jeff Hayden and Brian McClung, two of Minnesota's top political pundits, who have years of experience serving in state government and political campaigns. The duo also appears regularly on KSTP-TV's "At Issue" and Twin Cities PBS "Almanac." They will share their insights on the key mid-term races to watch, Republican and Democrat issues driving politics across the nation in an ongoing heated political environment, and how all of this flows downs to state and local elections that impact your business and life.

There is a lot at stake at the federal level of government. Control of Congress hangs in the balance, with Democrats currently controlling the House and Senate with very slim margins, and a number of key races across the nation that will determine future party control. Minnesota will also have all of its constitutional offices on the ballot, including Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Auditor, and all 201 legislative seats on the ballot – after statewide redistricting. Add to that, prominent races in Hennepin County for sheriff, county attorney, a number of county commissioners, and many local races for mayor, city council, school board, and park board all lining up on what will be a very long voting ballot.

Chamber members will receive the reduced member rate if you register for the event via your member portal. Members $40/Nonmembers $50.
