2021 Women in Business “Sip, Shop and Support” Event Participant Agreement

$125 Payment and Agreement Includes:

• Ability to promote your business, in-person, to Wayzata Chamber, Sears Imported Autos customers and community shoppers.
• Business Name listed on wayzatachamber.com event page.
• Your Business Name listed on event signage .
• Opportunity to invite your customers/friends to the event.
• Business Name will be included in marketing materials.
• Must provide cash and carry items TO SELL the day of the event.

Please Note:

• Tables, chairs and draping are the responsibility of the participating business to provide the day of the event.
• No refunds. 
• To reserve your space, or promote your business online, please submit payment and this registration form. By submitting this form and payment you are agreeing to particiapte in the event. You will receive a confirmation email from Abby Hansen, ahansen@wayzatachamber.com.
