Bethany Venegoni is a Tonka Bay resident that practices law in Taft’s Minneapolis office. Bethany focuses her practice on Employment Law, Non-Profit Law, Employee Benefits, and Compensation and frequently partners with her litigation, real estate, business, and financial colleagues to provide a one-stop-shop experience for business owners. Representing clients across industries, she brings an interdisciplinary approach to help leaders navigate the employer-employee relationship. On employment matters, Bethany advises clients on day-to-day and strategic workforce decisions. Bethany serves as the first call for many business owners and human resource leaders to advise on accommodations, discipline and discharge, applicable leave laws, and any other time-sensitive employment situations.
