Oh, and don’t forget your candy bags! Boo Blast gives you the chance to trick-or-treat your way through local shops.

1. Run the 5k, 10k, or Lake Street Mile
Start your Saturday morning by lacing up those tennis shoes and heading to Lake Street for one of the Boo Bash Dash races. All three races are certified and Halloween festive wear is welcome! Register before October 15th to guarantee a Boo Bash t-shirt.
2. Costume and Pie Eating Contest
Immerse yourself in the full Halloween experience when you put on your race bib. Come ready to run in your Halloween costume and enter our Costume Contest – prizes will be awarded! Hungry after the race? We encourage you to sign up for the Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest on the morning of October 26. Big winners will receive a prize.

READY-SET-GO! Who can build the fastest pumpkin racer? Everyone is welcome to enter a pumpkin racer. Wheels, hardware, and rods are included, though you’ll need your own pumpkin. Kits are available at Wayzata Sailing. Register your pumpkin today!
5. Free Beer, Fun Vendors, Local Trick-or-treating
Make sure to stick around after the race for delicious food from Benedicts or a FREE beer with your bib at Red Cow! The fun continues around town when you trick-or-treat at retail shops during Wayzata’s Boo Blast.
