Mr. Arbit will present trends in the housing market, locally, nationally, and in your own backyard!
David Arbit is the Director of Research and Economics at the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. He holds a Masters in Housing and Economic Development from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota, and has over 12 years of housing research experience. David holds undergraduate degrees in Urban Geography and International Political Science from Macalester College. He has spent time in the public, private, non-profit, university and consulting sectors. Past posts include the City of Minneapolis economic development agency, the Family Housing Fund, the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation and the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs. He was also the first hire at 10K Research and Marketing—a data and technology startup where he developed market analytics tools for nearly 1 million real estate professionals. Aside from research and data, hobbies include cycling, alpine skiing, camping and cooking.
