Following that, MVMT Lab will offer a 20-minute dynamic workout focusing on mobility, resistance, and strength through functional movements.
- Experience a fun blend of movements at Rêve Studios on Lake Street, Wayzata! During your 50-minute session, you’ll seamlessly transition between the treadmill and the reformer, ensuring a comprehensive workout that fits perfectly into your busy schedule. Get in, get out, and get back to your day feeling accomplished.

Sip With Friends
It’s time to relax and enjoy cold beverages with friends. As the temperature rises, there’s nothing quite like the refreshing taste of an ice-cold drink shared in good company. Whether you’re savoring a crisp, local brew, indulging in a fruity cocktail, or enjoying a chilled lemonade, we’ve got you covered.
- Partake in some summer fun networking at Libations by the Lake! The first one for the summer is Thursday, June 17 at Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse. The second gathering is on Thursday, August 22 at Lord Fletchers Wharf. This is a great opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones.
