Our purpose is to connect individuals and families facing breast cancer with resources and financial assistance to support urgent non-medical living expenses. We want to keep patients in their home, with the lights and heat on, and make sure there's nutritious food in the fridge. We want to help with transportation and childcare so they can get the treatments they need. Since November 2001, Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation has been a source of hope for local breast cancer patients and their families. Getting cancer is scary. And expensive. Hope Chest fills an urgent, unmet need: Alleviating some of the financial burdens associated with breast cancer treatment.
