We are a local nonprofit organization (501c6) whose goal is to further the interests of our 425 business members and promote the Wayzata/Lake Minnetonka area. We are a resource to local business members and are backed by a Board of Directors comprised of business professionals from our community. We also produce the major community festivals, and serve as the Wayzata Welcome Center.
We are a separate organization from the City of Wayzata, but do have a close partnership with them.

The Lake Minnetonka shoreline is one of Wayzata’s greatest treasures – the Lake Effect / Panoway on Wayzata Bay Project will build on the vitality of the community asset to become a glimmering gem in the heart of the city. The park will improve lakefront access for residents, benefiting the community as a whole. Equally important are the positive impacts that the park will have on lake ecology, helping to preserve this resource to be enjoyed by future generations. The project also includes improvements along Lake Street, including a new urban park that will replace the Municipal Parking Lot at Broadway and Lake Street.
