Tai Chi in the Gardens at The Marsh

Last year, over forty of you gathered for our annual Tai Chi inspired celebration of the summer solstice at Noerenberg Memorial Gardens. We hope you will join us again this year.
Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese movement and exercise that focuses the mind while conditioning the body. Tai Chi has been known to reduce stress, increase stamina, strengthen the body and clear the mind.
