Women, Wellness & Wine at Wayzata Depot – EmpowHER Women’s Network Special Summer Event

The Women's EmpowHER Network is pleased to invite you to join us at the Women, Wellness, & Wine summer event at Wayzata Depot! We are excited to bundle yoga, wellness, and networking on the shore of Wayzata Bay and at the west end of the new Wayzata Lake Walk!

Come ready to exhale and be in good company on a beautiful summer day. Below is the line-up of activities for everyone to enjoy:

4:00 pm – Settle in get ready to rejuvenate. For those who want to share information on your business or services, we will have a space for you to bring information and/or offer demonstrations. Networking will run through 6:30 pm and coincide with the yoga and fitness. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the services of fellow EmpowHER business leaders that will support your own wellness in many ways.
4:30 – 5:00 pm – YogaSix will offer a 30 minute session low impact, energizing, empowerng, and fun yoga class for all abilities and ages to experience and enjoy.
5:05 pm to 5:25 pm – MVMT LAB will offer a 20 minute dynamic workout session focusing on mobility, resistance, and strength through functional movements. The MVMT Experience is designed to empower individuals of all fitness levels and ages to elevate their fitness journey. 
5:25 pm to 6:30 pm – Networking and connecting with Chamber business owners continues. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the services fellow EmpowHER business leaders offer that will support your own wellness in many ways. The new Wayzata Lake Walk will also be open for all to enjoy along the shore of Wayzata.

NOTE: If you want to take part of one or both classes on the lawn, please bring your yoga mat or beach towel, and clothing that you feel comfortable in.  Bottled water will be provided for all participants. There are also two restrooms available in the Chamber's office in the Depot. If inclement weather becomes an issue, we will notify all registrants in advance by email and refund any payments.

The Chamber will provide light food offerings and beverages, including non-alcoholic options during the event. Parking is tight at the depot. We recommend you park in the public parking lot behind the Wayzata Blu Condominiums access from Lake Stree just west of Barry Avenue.
