Leadership Luncheon: Organizational Sales Growth & Entrepreneurial Leadership Development

The Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to hear from two industry leaders on organizational sales growth – Sandler, and leadership development – EOS! This is the second installment in our five-part Leadership Series – January through May.

Featured Keynote Speakers:

Todd Thiewes, VP of Sales at Sandler – Todd has been successfully selling and leading for over 25 years. His career includes a successful track record as an Independent Sales Representative, Senior Marketing Manager, Director of Sales Operations, Regional Sales Manager, and now the Vice President of Sales. His experience has allowed him to exercise creative and innovative ways to motivate, lead, and inspire many professionals and clients. Todd realized that true sales and leadership change is driven by strengthening behavior, attitude, and technique. Sandler provides its clients a focused coaching approach on each.  He started his career with Sandler seven years ago and now works with companies around the world to instill these life changing ideals.

John Klick, EOS Certified Implementer/Business Owner – John has over 30 years starting, leading, managing, and owning small businesses. 15 of those 30 years were running businesses on EOS. His diverse background includes owning companies that were service-based, marketing focused, importing specialists, and manufacturers of consumable products.
