Are you ready to walk through this beautiful home August 9-11th during the MIDWEST Home Luxury Home Tour?! We are so exc?ited to share this gorgeous Kitchen / Main Level/ Exterior Face-Lift. With New Spaces revitalizing this 1970’s home involved re-imagining the main level to reflect an open layout that features maple floors and natural light. To foster connection, we framed a pony wall separating the living and dining rooms. This artful partition preserved sightlines towards the backyard, a scene now framed by a brand-new picture window. The heart of this renovation is the kitchen, which we transformed into a culinary epicenter featuring a 10-foot quartz island and custom-stained alder throughout. Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and double ovens were a must. A custom wood hood with a glass mosaic back splash is the undeniable centerpiece, visible from the moment you step inside.
