What’s Brewing (and Distilling) Around Lake Minnetonka?

Thursday, April 14, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Wayzata Country Club

How do they compete? How do they collaborate? Is this a trend or our history?

Minnesota has one of the fastest growing craft beer markets. And with the skyrocketing popularity of local brews, many see craft distilling as the last piece in the artisan renaissance that has reshaped consumerism. One thing that will never change in craft brewing and distilling is a focus on local ingredients, which has implications for local supporting industries.

A lively panel discussion moderated by
Stephanie March, MSP Magazine Food & Dining Editor
