Want to know more about who is running for elected office in Wayzata? Mark your calendars for the Candidate Forums on October 27. The Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce and the League of Women Voters Wayzata Plymouth Area co-host this non-partisan forum. The two Candidate Forums will be held in the Community Room at City Hall. The Wayzata Mayor and City Council Forum will run 7:00-7:30 p.m. The candidates for the Minnesota House District 33A will field questions from 7:40-8:10 p.m. Questions from the audience will be presented anonymously to the candidates by Moderator Lilian Hostetter. The forums are free and open to the public. The forums will be broadcasted on Wayzata Community TV (WCTV).
